The International Finance Officers Association (ICFOA) established an Asia Pacific committee in Hong Kong in 2018, and an international committee in the United States in 2022 with the approval of the United States government. The official language is English.
About us
ICFOA began to express its views on financial management and accounting principles through the Committee. At first, due to the financial theory and practice of different countries and regions, there are different views among the members of the association on this issue. ICFOA develops financial management methods and tax management schemes applicable to different countries and regions based on accounting standards of different regions and combined with economic development forms of different regions. Coordinate communication of financial management and tax differences between countries based on compliance with national and regional accounting standards. ICFOA has made many contributions to international accounting coordination through its advisory board.

Purpose of the World Congress of the International Association of Finance Officers
Since its inception, the International CFO World Conference has been held annually in different countries or regions of the world, aiming to build a platform for international CFO to exchange experience and information, promote the improvement of international CFO leadership, promote international financial exchanges and cooperation, and promote the coordinated development of international economy. We hope to take this opportunity to promote the communication and dialogue between the financial executives of Chinese and foreign enterprises, to show the style of the leaders and financial executives of Chinese enterprises, and to strengthen the understanding of the financial executives of the world to China's financial system, investment environment, opportunities and risks. To promote accounting personnel and leaders of Chinese enterprises to better understand the latest experience in international financial system, capital operation and risk management. At the same time, we will further promote the development of professional ethics among international Cfos and make joint efforts to establish an international economic order featuring friendship, mutual trust, fairness and mutual benefit.
The International Association of Financial Officers is an international organization that provides services for the exchange and cooperation of global enterprises. The International CFO World Conference has made unremitting efforts to strengthen the exchange and cooperation among global enterprises, and is held in the hope of strengthening cooperation. We hope that through the mutual exchange and discussion, we can explore a healthier, wiser, more reasonable and efficient set. A new way of scientific development that is more humane.
